• Contribute to the implementation of the Global Business Continuity and Crisis Management programme and its implementation within of the Group and its regional offices;
• Facilitate impact assessments and assist stakeholders in identifying their needs;
• Define and document continuity strategies to restore critical business processes ;
• Support units in the development and preparation of their business continuity plans and coordinate the necessary trainings;
• Ensure that recovery procedures are operational and effective;
• Facilitate testing and exercises to validate different recovery plans and procedures;
• Review and periodically reassess changes in key resources and the relevance of plans and procedures, in collaboration with units;
• Give support to the Group BCM Manager in his/her functions related to continuity, planning and preparedness, and crisis management when events occur;
• Contribute to the assessment of risks and controls related to business continuity and relative reporting.

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 3 years of experience in business continuity and crisis management in banking industries;
• Good knowledge of project management aspects and monitoring of activities;
• Excellent ability to use IT tools (MS-Office);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to analyse and summarise information and data;
• Ability to support and train stakeholders;
• Ability to manage the stress and pressure inherent to the function;
• Proactivity, dynamism, and autonomy;
• Languages: English and French required;
• Resident in Switzerland.
