To support their expanding operations, they are seeking a highly skilled Group Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the consolidation process, ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP FER.Acting as a trusted advisor on group-wide accounting matters, staying ahead of regulatory changes and implementing necessary updates.Preparing comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated statements, and providing insightful analysis for executive decision-making.Enhancing reporting automation and streamlining consolidation processes.Managing transfer pricing and liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.Contributing to various finance-related initiatives, including statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, and ERP system enhancements.Your Profile:Qualified accountant (Swiss CPA, certified public accountant, or equivalent) with extensive knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and consolidation techniques.Proven experience in group accounting or auditing within an international environment.Proficiency in financial consolidation and ERP systems, particularly SAP and Cognos.Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to financial reporting.Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.Location: Burgdorf, SwitzerlandWhat\\\'s on Offer?
