Position Summary
The Global Supplier Portal Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a supplier portal vision and strategy that optimizes the organization\\\'s supplier management processes and improves supplier collaboration. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supplier portal technologies and the ability to leverage them to drive supplier engagement and improve supplier performance.

A day in a life of a Global Supplier Portal Lead:
Develop and implement a supplier portal strategy that aligns with the organization\\\'s goals and objectives.
Identify and prioritize supplier portal features and functionality based on supplier needs and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the supplier portal with other procurement systems and function processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Analyse supplier portal data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in supplier portal technologies.
Collaborate with IT and procurement stakeholders to trouble shoot technical issues.
Facilitate supplier onboarding and training.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify future supplier collaboration opportunities across the source to pay flow; and translate these to future supplier portal opportunities.
Ensure up to date supplier information and day to day supplier portal maintenance to ensure reliable smooth operations.
Ensure vendor portal compliance to business and industry regulations.
What makes you successful:
Bachelor\\\'s degree in relevant field, business, supply chain or procurement.
5+ years of experience in supplier portal management or a related field.
Proven experience in supplier relationship management and familiarity of procurement processes and leading practices.
Strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making-- experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and their application a benefit
Experience with supplier portal technologies, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, TradeShift, Zycus or Oracle and familiarity with cloud-based supplier portal platforms, such as AWS or Azure
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across regions/teams and in virtual teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent Spoken and Written English (level C1 in the Common European Framework.) Other languages are a plus.
