Our Finance Department in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for a
Global Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager (f/m/d) (100%)
In this role you will provide Tax expertise to local finance teams in countries where Triumph International operates. You will provide Tax advice to all business units within the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
Monitor local country tax compliance processes to ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies
Assist local country Finance teams with tax audits and tax controversies, in cooperation with external consultants
Proactively monitor and identify potential tax issues and tax planning opportunities for Triumph\\xe2\\x80\\x99s operations, with primary focus on Corporate Tax matters
Manage transfer pricing documentation and ensure transfer pricing compliance in the Triumph International Group
Manage tax accounting and reporting processes and assist in preparing tax estimates and statutory tax provisions
Provide advice, training, and support on tax matters to the Finance teams
Help to identify and minimise potential Permanent Establishment risk
Plan and manage the implementation of tax-relevant projects
Cash tax management / forecasting, and cash tax optimisation
Your ideal profile:
University Degree in International Tax Law, Finance or Certified Tax Expert (CTA or equivalent)
5+-year experience in a Tax or Transfer Pricing position with a consultancy firm and/or within the tax department of a multinational company
Excellent knowledge of international corporate taxation and transfer pricing
General understanding of indirect tax matters
Hands-on and solution-oriented, as well as pragmatic and able to build networks and strong working relationships
Ability to oversee complex structures and to provide practical recommendations
Strong communicator and possess an ability to develop trusting and credible relationships at all levels of the business and across various teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German is an asset
