Due to our continued growth, we are now hiring a Global Client Management Lead for our Corporate Regional Sales Team in Wollerau, Switzerland.
Job Description: In this role, you contribute to the success of the Corporate Regional Sales Team by supporting the Global Client Sales Manager with major accounts and directly managing secondary accounts. You also act as the bridge between the retailer team and the ELC brands.
Your main responsibilities include:
Driving sales, maximizing Travel Retail brands coverage and building trusted partnerships between retailer and ELC
Proactively coordinating and managing inventory and orders, maintaining healthy stock levels to ensure sell-in is done effectively to achieve net sales targets
Supporting new product listing process for key retailers and working with various teams such as data to report, commercial & pricing to ensure newness is listed on time
Identifying, presenting, and executing opportunities for business growth by closely collaborating with corporate sales team and retailers
Contributing to the achievement of sell-in targets with retailer(s) across all TR regions & brands
Monitoring and managing retailer\\xe2\\x80\\x99s inventory stock level and orders to ensure accurate sell-in and sell-out
Working closely with the customer service team to monitor project statuses and playing a key role in upcoming planning projects to be initiated with the retailer
Consolidating, tracking, and updating trade marketing calendars of global accounts with strong collaboration with Lead Regional Brand Directors and NY Brand teams and NY Brand teams
Responsible for monthly reports and data analysis
Supporting the Global Client Management Team on all big forums (Top to Top, Trade Marketing Meeting, Annual Negotiation
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings:
A completed Bachelor`s Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
ca. 5-6 years` experience in this field or a related field, multi-national company in travel retail/luxury retail experience
Good presentation skills: comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations
Analytical, meticulous, good with numbers, system/technical savvy
Broad/strategic thinking to create and seek opportunities for business growth
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships internally and manage external retailer relationships
Strong verbal/written English communication ability
Advanced working knowledge of Excel (Pivots, Power Query, basic VBA). SAP, BI Analysis, data management a plu
