About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead the global implementation of Omni-Channel aftersales strategies, ensuring a unified brand experience worldwide
  • Collaborate across functions to integrate After Sales requirements into the customer journey, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement
  • Drive the development of global processes, tools, and services beyond product, warranty, and repairs to redefine and enhance the repair service
  • Anticipate customer needs, trends, and feedback to continuously innovate services, improving customer loyalty and brand interest
  • Optimize data collection and analysis for suggestions to improve the entire value chain, supporting top and bottom-line growth
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing post-purchase and Customer Service experiences, ensuring a commitment to excellence
About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

University degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a global setting
  • Expertise in Omni Channel After Sales and Retail
  • Strong customer orientation and service focus, along with in-depth market understanding, local knowledge, and cultural awareness
  • Excellent skills in relationship building, leadership, and influence
  • Proficient in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Project management experience, preferably within a global setting
  • Innovative and creative approach, coupled with a can-do attitude
