Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation / Customer Project Manager to join our dynamic team at LimeFlight. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating, implementing, and overseeing projects to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure effective communication from the integration project to regular customer success meetings.
In the context of implementation and customer success at LimeFlight, your primary responsibilities will require you to:
Utilize project management tools to keep track of internal and, for smaller projects, external tasks.
Coordinate with customers to ensure alignment, progress, and overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Define project timelines, budgets, and roadmaps.
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approval.
Oversee time tracking across the team.
Act as the primary point of contact for your customer\\\'s inquiries.
Address questions and tasks directly or delegate to appropriate team members and track progress.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product features and best practices.
Create a foundation for invoice creation based on project deliverables.
Manage and escalate any issues or roadblocks as needed.
Schedule, coordinate, and run meetings like project meetings, regular customer success calls, yearly training, and management meetings, ensuring the right resources are present.
Write detailed meeting minutes to document discussions and action items.
Willingness to travel multiple months per year, sometimes for weeks at a time.
A bit about your experience
Bachelor\\\'s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Scrum and/or Agile project management methodology.
Proficiency with JIRA and ClickUp is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and monitor financial aspects of projects.
Scrum Master and PRINCE 2 certification preferred.
