The Fundraising Specialist (SES Engagement) will play a critical role in shaping the success of the SES project by driving stakeholder engagement and effectively communicating the project\\\'s value. This role will act as the catalyst driving change, significantly impacting the adoption of the Supporter Engagement Strategy. Your primary responsibility will involve fostering positive relationships with stakeholders involved in the SES project and in related teams in Individual Giving, driving engagement, and promoting a seamless user experience.
Responsible for the management of diverse projects in communication & transformation, administration, change management, and culture throughout the entire SES lifecycle and ensuring their successful execution.
Support the SES Leadership Team with the execution of transformation activities in line with the SES vision and the Individual Giving strategy, identifying improvement areas, and implementing adjustments and best practices.
The role will sit within Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP), and form part of the Supporter Engagement Strategy (SES) team, reporting to the Chief of Individual Giving, with a matrix reporting line to the SES Senior Coordinator
In this capacity, the need to project the image of a credible, reliable, and analytical initiative taker is imperative to the quality of the engagement approach, and the impact of the work will directly reflect on the overall implementation of the initiative.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and deliver the stakeholder engagement strategy: * Collaborate with project leadership to assist in the development and implementation of the strategy and initiatives to improve stakeholder engagement, as well as SES adoption and satisfaction.
Works closely with the SES Leadership Team, key stakeholders in the Individual Giving ecosystem across UNICEF, and Operations teams to support initiatives aligned with UNICEF\\\'s values
Plan and execute targeted engagement journeys to drive awareness and understanding of the SES project\\\'s objectives and benefits and build trust with key stakeholders
Takes an active role in organizing events to foster the sense of belonging to the Supporter Engagement Strategy and Digital Transformation
Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Act as a project advocate, promoting the importance and impact of the SES project within the organization.
Advocate for user-centric practices to enhance the supporter experience and engagement.
Cultivate strong and positive relationships with stakeholders at various levels to ensure buy-in and support for the SES project.
Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders to address concerns and foster collaboration.
Support the development of communication pieces that serve to report on the success and learnings from the initiative.
2. Internal Communications Initiatives: * Develop and execute internal communication plans with a specific focus on SES-related updates and initiatives.
Think creatively and utilize storytelling techniques to deliver meaningful impact for SES audiences and effectively convey the vision of the SES project.
Evaluate existing communication channels and recommend improvements to enhance project coverage.
Ensure that high-quality evaluation of these impacts is embedded in projects from their earliest design stage.
3. Reporting and Analysis: * Regularly assess the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement efforts through data analysis and feedback collection.
Generate reports on engagement progress and present findings to project leadership.
Collaborate with the CRM success specialists to monitor user adoption and engagement with Salesforce, providing ongoing support and reinforcement to ensure effective utilization of the system.
4. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: * Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in cross-functional teams, sharing best practices, and seeking opportunities for process standardization and optimization.
Supervise the implementation of a curriculum for customized training programs for country teams, focusing on Salesforce.

Education:
An advanced university degree in one of the following fields is required: Marketing, Communications, Non-profit or Business Management, or another relevant field is required.
Alternative, a first-level University Degree in a relevant field combined with two additional years of qualifying professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
A minimum of five years of proven experience in fundraising, marketing, product development, and project management, with experience in delivering results at global and individual market levels is required.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, or project/change management is required.
Experience with Salesforce implementation and usage is an asset.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Passion for promoting positive supporter experiences and driving organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users are required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
UNICEF or UN experience would be an asset.
Language requirements:
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language or the local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.

Remarks:
