Responsibilities
Supervise billing and revenue for the different brands, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
Work with the development team managing Net Restaurant Growth, restaurant openings and closures, and other topics impacting an allocated group of franchisees.
Benchmark franchisee profitability P&Ls providing meaningful analysis and reports.
Open and maintain new markets in compliance with the correspondent franchise agreements.
Ensure collection of receivables due to Restaurant Brands International are received timely while monitoring and reducing any bad debt impact
Maintain franchisee relationships and manage ad-hoc requests
Support the region Vice President, Directors, and Sr. Managers of the Division with reports, analysis, and documentation where required
Develop and enhance existing procedures to streamline department efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables and accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in SAP FI module and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook)
A self-driven person with strong attention to detail
Multitask and hands-on mentality
Strong communications skills
Excellent cross-functional team-worker
Fluency in English
