As the Corporate FP&A Director, you will play a critical role in providing visibility, shaping financial strategy and optimising performance across a Pharmaceutical Group.Reporting directly to the Group CFO and leading the Corporate FP&A, Data & Digital Team, this position offers an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and shape the financial direction of the organisation across all markets.For this position we are seeking someone with enhanced experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Someone with previous experience leading during a business scale up will be highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimise the annual budgeting process across all entities and markets; inclusive of 20+ countries, 5+ manufacturing plants ensuring precision and alignment with corporate objectives.
Conduct the monthly Business Review cycle for all markets
Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial results, variances, and trends, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Country & Cluster GMs and Finance Teams supporting operations, sales, and manufacturing to develop accurate forecasts and inventory management strategies.
Act as a trusted financial advisor, guiding international teams on strategies, profitability, and cost management.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, safeguarding both top-line growth and bottom-line performance.
Prepare BoD materials and other external presentation materials
Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for a dynamic and rapidly expanding franchise
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to the executive team, offering insights into trends, risks, and opportunities. Business Insights & Reporting
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
Analyse and interpret data to provide strategic recommendations for growth and operational efficiency.
Lead due diligence efforts and financial modelling for acquisitions and new market expansions. Team Leadership & Development
Implement a best practice FP&A process incl. the annual Budget cycle and develop team
Assess Planning system landscape and roll out new toolsets driving further digitalization in Finance
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Promote best practices in financial analysis and reporting across the organization.

Best in class FP&A skills developed in a multinational Pharmaceutical environment
Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in finance, including at least 7 years in FP&A leadership roles, within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
5+ years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience gained in an emerging markets.
Proven expertise in financial planning for international markets, with a strong understanding of global regulatory and operational environments.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
