Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key performance drivers.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Language requirements: fluent in English, French, and German
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with financial software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
