As a key contributor, you will support drug product manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality parenteral small molecule drug products.
Formulation Development Specialist -Pharma (m/f/d) 100%
Your challenges
- Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing sites, supporting drug product formulation development in line with project plans and guidelines.
- Take ownership of formulation and manufacturing process deliverables, including GMP aspects and change control.
- Author manufacturing instructions for clinical manufacturing campaigns, evaluate data, and contribute to development reports and risk assessment documents.
- Conduct document reviews and ensure data integrity checks against raw data.
- Support deviation investigations and drive change control efforts.
- Engage in regular communication within the project team and seek guidance from internal experts.
- Master\\\'s degree or higher in life sciences, preferably in the pharmaceutical field.
- Over 5 years of industrial experience in developing pharmaceutical formulations for small molecules, including experience in late-phase development and launch activities.
- Knowledge of ocular or parenteral development is a plus.
- Strong interdisciplinary thinking and collaborative mindset.
- Good understanding of GMP and GLP.
- Familiarity with ocular and/or parenteral dosage form technologies and relevant laboratory/technical tools.
- Excellent scientific and technical writing skills.
- Great communication and negotiation skills, thriving in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German proficiency is advantageous.
