Job Description
Management of Accounts Receivable incl. dunning runs
Collaboration in monthly intercompany transaction reconciliations
Collaboration on monthly and annual financial statements (according to OR/IFRS)
Prepare and Submit VAT statements
Business Controlling ( e.g. Revenue analysis, Management reporting)
Procurement Controlling ( e.g. Coupa, Support, Oversee PO Accruals)
Support in annual financial audit procedures
Play a key role in the annual business plan and quarterly forecast process
Execute variance and root cause analysis for actual results vs. business plan, forecast
Acting as the financial support for the subsidiaries of the Swiss Eurofins Companies
Process optimization and digitalization of finance and administration processes in coordination with the Finance Director
Lead of Integration project activities in Switzerland within a shared service organization (mainly focusing of financial
processes, interface between users, project sponsors and IT)
Qualifications
University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
Accounting all-rounder with solid balance sheet and closing experience
min. 5 years of work experience required in finance, accounting/controlling
Solid Accounting knowledge (e.g Statutory/IFRS)
Additional education in business informatics is a plus
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, IBM Cognos Controller, Coupa is a plus
Strong Experience with MS Excel/Office tools
Structured and accurate way of working
Demonstrated team player with a taste for business partnering
Analytical mindset and well organized
Make-happen mentality with a high level of proactivity
Business fluent in English & German, French is a plus
