This role will be an active part of our Controlling Excellence Center, ensuring effective financial oversight and contributing to process transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial closing activities and provide management reports.Analyze financial variances and perform product costings.Engage in planning, budgeting, and accounting processes.Participate in the transformation of financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in manufacturing environments.Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, etc.).Familiarity with SAP and Power Platform is a plus.Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially French) are a plus.Strong collaborative skills, ability to work autonomously, and effective stakeholder communication.Experience in project implementations and process improvements is advantageous but not mandatory.\\n \\n \\n \\n \\n \\n \\n
