We are a fast-growing FinTech looking for a passionate Financial Controller to join our high-performing Finance team in Lausanne. As a Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with colleagues across the organization, and contribute to the success of our company. This is a permanent position based in Lausanne. You must be fluent in English and French.

What you\\\'ll do as a Financial controller

• Analyzing cost development per product category and helping to determine the correct pricing for our customer
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting budget variances
• Providing accurate financing reports to the CFO
• Recommending changes in procedures and policies
• Helping to build an internal control system
• Supporting various analyses to drive the business

What you\\\'ll need as a Financial Controller

• Tech oriented
• 3-5 years of experience
• based in Switzerland and able to work either in Lausanne or Fribourg
• A finance and controlling Swiss diploma is a strong asset
• English & French, and additional languages such as German is a strong asset
