\\n We are pleased to be collaborating with a fast-growing company, renowned name, active on a global scale, in assisting their recruitment of a suitable Financial and Business Analyst (M/W).

On this position, reporting directly to the Business Controller Manager for the Europe & Africa region, you will play a pivotal role in delivering continuous analytical support to various channels and departments.

In this context, your main missions are to:
  • Collect and organize Sell-out data to update reports (Excel and Power BI) and offer strategic insights to the team.
  • Monitor global market and competition data within the P&C category and across sales channels to evaluate overall performance.
  • Analyze the performance of retailers/doors and formulate actionable recommendations.
  • Support in monitoring the P&L of key countries/accounts, providing solutions for improvement.
  • Analyze A&P budget for major business partners and key information reported (sales by customer, stock, sell-in, sell-out), emphasizing the inventory equation.
  • Assist in measuring the return on investment for key promotions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and revisions, collaborating with all stakeholders.
  • Manage various business operational activities and conduct ad-hoc case analysis as required.
Your profile:
  • You hold a university degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent studies
  • You have a proven experience (minimum 3 years ) in finance or business analysis within a multicultural and challenging environment.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Your previous exposure to sales analysis and reporting is highly valued.
  • As a business and customer-oriented individual, you should be proficient in data analysis, possess a strong analytical mindset, and demonstrate a significant drive for results.
  • Your ability to think strategically, providing a global vision and a proactive, hands-on spirit in a dynamic environment, will set you apart.
  • A curious and flexible nature, coupled with effective problem-solving skills, is crucial.
  • Teamwork is a priority, and you should be adept at building strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and French is a requirement
  • Your proficiency in Excel (formulas, data management, and pivot tables, with VBA as a plus) and Power BI is essential.
