• Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports for diverse operations (incl. Pension Fund, Investment Pools, and hosted organizations) ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures
• Execute and enhance accounting processes, overseeing daily, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including reconciliations and control procedures
• Play a vital role in annual audits by providing assistance, responding to inquiries, and resolving matters related to the Pension Fund, Investment Pools, and hosted organizations.
• Contribute to the development, review, and analysis of high-quality key management, financial, and budget reports, encompassing annual financial statement disclosures.
• Actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing finance systems, refining business processes, strengthening internal controls, and improving reports across the Finance section and bank-wide initiatives.

• Academic background in accounting or business administration
• Accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, Wirtschaftspr\\xc3\\xbcfer, or equivalent) with a minimum of three years of experience, experience in banking/financial industry strong plus
• Strong reporting and accounting skills with knowledge of IFRS and financial instruments
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, analytical skills
• Effective time management, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and duties in stressful situations
