Job Description
In this role you will be accountable for:
Managing the financial accounting incl. sub-ledgers of three medmix Headquarter companies
Preparation of monthly financial statements (including annual financial statements) in SAP and reporting to the group in TAGETIK according to IFRS
Preparation of statutory financial statements and coordination with the auditors
Analysis of financial statements and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts
Coordination of intercompany netting process
Processing of various treasury back-office tasks (coordination of treasury payments, FX confirmations, management of treasury software)
Monitoring of postings and account reconciliations in the treasury software (IT2)
Management of fixed asset accounting and monitoring of investment credits
Processing of tax law issues in the area of MWSTG, VSt, StG, DBG, MWST EU
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Basic training with a federal certificate in finance and accounting or a degree from a university of applied sciences
At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting according to OR
Very good SAP user skills (FI/CO) and confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Very good communication skills in German and English
Experience in accounting according to IFRS would be an advantage
Can-do and customer-oriented attitude, proactive mindset, and an extremely precise and reliable way of working
