Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your financial business partnering expertise in a new cutting-edge field, for our highly strategic and booming Services business in Switzerland. You\\\'ll report to the Villeneuve Site Controller & Services Controller, and work alongside enthusiastic, energetic, and supportive teammates. You\\\'ll be part of Services growth plan, drive both Services project controlling practice and projects performance as well as contribute to Services decision-making process. Day-to-day, you\\\'ll work closely with international teams across the business, such as engineering, project managers, manufacturing, sales, Services General Management, acting as an independent business partner / economic advisor with a strong focus on opportunities and risks in all areas of responsibility and much more. You\\\'ll specifically handle the financial controlling of projects, preparing regular reviews taking into account appropriate standards, but also ensure the necessary prerequisites for the achievement of the financial goals of the projects, as well as identification and tracking of potential improvement in the area of responsibility, with the support of the organization. You\\\'ll will also control and plan Services costs base and understand underlying costs drivers.
We\\\'ll look to you for:
Evaluating and challenging in a constructive way hypothesis embedded in projects plans to ensure of both improving forecast accuracy and delivering financial performance
Developing standard and state-of-the-art reporting and financial planning practices, applicable across Services projects
Accompanying systemic booking, settlement of sales, margin and provisions based on available information including a plausibility check and project-related budget & forecast preparation
Acting as a business partner and the contact person for project-related financial matters by interfacing with different stakeholders (e.g. services controller, project manager, core project team, external / internal auditors)
Taking on cost center and site/industrial controlling activities
Supporting the Services controller in any top line development or margin improvement initiatives and actions

Have a communicative and assertive personality, acting independently, being targeted, structured, adaptable and solution-oriented
Familiar with project controlling, P&L management, revenue recognition and cost accounting, complex projects, business partnering with multiple stakeholders, financial system acumen, customer and business oriented, global industrial complex corporate environment
Successfully completed business studies
Professional experience in the financial sector and a strong understanding of commercial contexts with the ability to present and convey facts in a comprehensible manner
Extensive knowledge of unit cost accounting, cost types, accounting, delivery and payment conditions
Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
Good teamwork / business partnering / relationship agility skills and communication
Ability to work in an international environment
Fluent in English; French and German language desirable
Confident handling SAP and MS Office applications, especially very good knowledge of Excel
Experience in Long-term contracts financial management desirable
