• Responsible for creating forecasts, budgets, and actual reporting for Operations and Supply Chain.
• Involvement in the regular Cost Roll process.
• Lead in the preparation and compilation of budgets for Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and interpretation of information for business decisions and financial reporting.
• Review and communicates monthly Operations performance results.
• Collaborate with the VP, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Participate in various department-wide initiatives.
• Ensure Operations and Manufacturing comply with tax and other regulations.
• Responsible for effective management of all operating expenses and cost controls.
• Maintain and monitor adequate systems of internal control.
• Manage a team of 3 poeple

US Gaap - SOX|International scope

• Accounting or Finance degree required / Chartered Accountant.
• 15+ years of Finance and accounting experience to include but not limited to: US GAAP, consolidations, cost accounting, financial reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Fluent in both English & French
• Must be able to use Oracle, Hyperion, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and business intelligence system.
• Experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Must have effective presentation skills and experience presenting information using numbers and responding to questions from management.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical/quantitative skills.
• Demonstrates ability to understand and explain technical issues to colleagues and users. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
