Your day-to-day
Join us as our new Finance Manager:
For InterContinental Gen\\xc3\\xa8ve and Crowne Plaza Geneva, your main duties will be to:
Coordinate and actively participate in the registrations in the hotel\\\'s general accounting.
Assume the administrative tasks of the Director of Finance & Business Support in his absence.
Review and analyze operating results. Ensure the smooth running of the monthly and annual accounting closing.
Be responsible for all postings relevant to the accounting closures.
Carry out monthly reporting and ensure that financial reports are made available on the prescribed dates.
Develop and maintain new tools to optimize reporting and financial analysis.
Act as a referent and as support in the execution of the finance department\\\'s various tasks.
Manage and coordinate the work in the absence of team members.
What we need from you
With a Higher Degree in Hospitality Management or Finance, Accounting & Business Administration, you have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel establishment of the same category (international luxury hotel) and capacity (+200 rooms), preferably in Switzerland. Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting is essential.
You are fluent in English and French, at a C1 level minimum.
Excellent computer skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of Opera are required. A knowledge of ABACUS and Simphony is appreciable.
You are recognised for your rigor, your mathematical thinking and your capacity to work in a team. You have a sense of discretion and confidentiality.
