We are a team of all-round finance professionals with special focus on technical finance capabilities, centers of excellence, campus support services and strategic business partnering.
Currently we are looking for a GL Accountant - Intern who will be a member of the Swiss Finance & Treasury department based in Zug.
Responsibilities
Responsible for GL accounting, core activities such as journal entry posting, completion of end-to-end ad hoc projects as assigned
Support with BS accounts reconciliations in accordance with local requirements and US GAAP
Daily duty invoices end to end process, including analysing the Bordereau control reports accuracy
Help with preparation of the periodical financial reports, month/quarter end closing procedures
Support various projects in accounting area (e.g. FX hedging, aging, balance confirmation, reconciliation of accounts), support automation and finance improvement.
Assist with Master Data Management
Support with ad hoc requests, preparation supporting documentation for external and internal audits
Qualifications
Degrees: Commercial Apprenticeship or Bachelor\\xc2\\xb4s in Finance/Accounting
Proficient user of the MS Office applications (in particular Excel), as well as SAP
Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Attention to accuracy and detail
Business fluent in English, German language strong advantage
