This internship is your gateway to valuable experience. From day one, you\\\'ll collaborate closely with your manager, playing a pivotal role in our quarterly closing procedures and contributing innovative ideas to our process enhancements.

There is an opportunity of a full-time offer after the internship for outstanding candidates.

Major responsibilities

- Collaborating with a dynamic team on the accounting of our Swiss legal entity.
- Providing essential support in the accounts payable process for vendors worldwide.
- Engaging directly with Operations teams across Europe, APAC, and LATAM to assist with invoices, deposits, and prepayments.
- Keeping a watchful eye on major accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Partnering with the Controllers in Zurich to guarantee operational accounting precision.
- Playing a role in various monthly and quarterly financial closing tasks.
- Championing the development and enhancement of internal controls, all while maintaining efficiency.
- Contributing to the successful rollout of our new ERP system.

Qualifications

- A minimum Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, mastering its main functions.
- A comfort level in a fast-paced environment, driven by your energetic personality and positive attitude.
- Exceptional task prioritization abilities.
- A self-driven, independent work ethic.
- While prior accounting experience isn\\\'t a requirement, relevant experience is certainly an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Competency in other languages is a definite plus.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL, PowerBI, or VBA is considered an advantage.
