In this excited position, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and the Head of Operations. You will play a pivotal role in piloting and coordinating the installations, commissioning and maintenance of our client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s innovative technology. You will manage service calls, ensure troubleshooting of existing installations and collaborate closely with operations, hardware and energy teams to ensure seamless technology deployments.
Main tasks
Thoroughly review and validate electrical schematics to ensure accuracy and compliance with technical requirements
Execute the installation and commissioning of hardware, encompassing battery storage, electric vehicles chargers, and IT equipment
Ensure installations meet safety and regulatory standards
Promptly coordinate service teams for diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Identify and troubleshoot problems in existing installations, implementing effective solutions to reduce on-site interventions
Collaborate closely with the hardware and energy teams to coordinate the technology deployment
Communicate technical requirements and feedback to facilitate the solutions integration in various project types
Your profile
Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
3 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in electrical systems validation, installation, and commissioning.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
Familiar with automation protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, MBus, CANBus, etc.
Experience with automation software in embedded systems and controls systems (e.g. PLCs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel in Switzerland and occasionally in Europe.
Fluent in French or in English; comfortable with the other language; German is a plus.
