Driving new client acquisition and supporting existing client development with Ultra RMs within GPB
Assisting in the development of our Family office clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 holistic coverage model
Developing and delivering the Family office proposition, content and training in market
Supporting the establishment of HSBC as a key player in the Family office space, connecting all the various areas of the firm for delivery to this client base

What you will do:
Lead and support single family office client acquisition
Support achievement against targets for net new assets and revenue generation with these clients, along with product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment
Co-ordinate execution of activities on the delivery to this segment across the spectrum of HSBC products/service, investment and proposition pillars
Collaborate cross divisionally on client development
Continue the development of the coverage model with family offices
Assist in the development of the product proposition to this segment in line with client/sector requirements
Good understanding of the Family office client segment
Strong knowledge of products and investment capabilities across GPB and GBM
Strong client coverage capabilities
Advocate the right thing to do for customers / stakeholders / colleagues
Show insight and judgement in identifying, targeting and influencing new business opportunities and/or customers
Apply your knowledge of products and propositions to identify and explain appropriate solutions that meet customers\\xe2\\x80\\x99 needs
Identify and develop new internal and external relationships with stakeholders to optimise business development or improvement opportunities
Facilitate opportunities for stakeholders to collaborate across different areas
Encourage others to build effective stakeholder relationships and leverage these for the benefit of HSBC
Identify and develop events and roundtables with stakeholders to build awareness and reputation of the SFO capabilities both externally and internally.
Monitor the overall progress of sales campaigns, contact strategies and portfolio management activities
Link approaches to specific, relevant customer needs
Drive the delivery of industry leading and client-centred products and services for Family office clients
Use your deep private banking expertise to define and deliver complex solutions to meet client needs
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of a broad range of complex customer products, channels and propositions
Understand and describe the competitive positioning of products, channels and propositions in your business area
Identify and communicate product, channel and proposition improvements
Apply your knowledge of products and markets to meet client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s needs
Anticipate and prepare for changes in the external environment that may impact on your markets, clients or business area
Steer and manage collaborative relationships to define and deliver high-quality, complex solutions that meet client needs
Major Challenges
Building out the engagement model with other divisions of the firm
Establishing the right digital and tech platforms needed, and funding, building of these
Establishing if we have today the right product set for delivery, and working on getting that delivered
Incentive model alignment with RMs, inter divisions
You should apply if you have:
Experience with client coverage of Family offices in Continental Europe, client facing staff
Having run a client facing business targeting sophisticated clients
Experience across the product set, both GPB and GBM
Business development experience, driving new relationships and revenue
Strong interpersonal skills, confident and ability to work at all levels within a global business environment
Strong collaboration skills, building bridges and getting stakeholders onboard
Strong leadership skills, management of people/team
Professional, polished, ability to deal assertively but sensitively with internal and external customers across a matrix environment.
Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality. Discretion and integrity essential
Calm under pressure; ability to re-prioritise in very short timescales.
Flexibility, tenacity and resilience to deal with business demands during periods of high workload.
