On behalf of our client, a brand new residence with a 5* service, we are looking for a talented and mindful Chef de Cuisine (m/w) who can join the team around March to May in 2024.
Due to the opening your workplace will be a completely new and fully prepped kitchen.
Your Responsibilities
Creation of nutricious and delightful meals tailored to the unique needs of the residents
Training the team regarding dietetics and other inquiries
Recruiting, managing and mentoring a team of up to 15 employees including apprentices
Responsible for the concept and development of catering
Responsible for production processes as well as planning and structuring the offer incl. prices, taking care of and developing company recipes
Budgeting and Forecasting including purchasing and inventory
Verifies compliance with the Foodstuffs Law, the directives on workplace safety and health protection and the Tertianum HACCP model.
Promotes constructive disciplinary and interdisciplinary collaboration
Communicatiote with residents, guests, familiy members and customers

Your Requirements
Professional experience in a similar position, ideally on a luxury 5* level
Training in dietetics
Independent and precise way of working
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships
Modern Leadership style
Excellent communication skills in Italian, other languages an advantage
