Responsibilities:
Assist with compiling Board papers, taking board minutes and resolutions
Managing the manager\\\'s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most critical and sensitive matters
Organizing meetings, including scheduling and taking minutes
Format information for internal and external communication \\xe2\\x80\\x93 memos, emails, presentations, reports
Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Setting up the business from admin side
Accounting tasks like processing transactions, making payments etc.
General administrative tasks
Profile
Commercial education or any comparable business studies
Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar position (Banking/Finance experience is advantageous)
Fluency in English and German
Very good IT Affinity
Excellent communication skills and literacy
Service oriented, serious and confident personality
