- Take responsibility for delivering the best permanent IT talent from a leading database and network\\n
- Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism\\n
- Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client\\n
- Work closely with your clients to help them navigate and pipeline future growth and hiring needs\\n

- \\n
- At least 2 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in agency recruitment on the Swiss market within IT\\n
- English professional ability plus either German or French fluency\\n
- Relationship-driven recruiter who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results\\n
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence\\n
- An unrivalled passion for the industry and technology\\n
- Able to work autonomously and like an entrepreneur\\n
\\n

- Flexible, autonomous and entrepreneurial environment\\n
- Flexible working including partial remote/home office and/or in the office in Zurich\\n
