Erlang Developer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

- Adjusting and implementing Real Time Engine components with high throughput, low-latency and high availability
- Creating and maintaining APIs for applications consuming data in the Real Time Pricing Platform
- Integrating the Real Time Pricing platform with other key applications as well as performing 2nd and 3rd level support
- Developing new features on core components which were mainly performing data distribution to internal applications
- Supporting key stakeholders, application owners, Business and IT on a low latency, high availability of Real Time Engine
- Being a key member in the Markets IT team and collaborating with the Trading and Sales Teams

Your experience/knowledge:

- 7+ years of experience in software development in financial industry
- 3+years of expertise in Erland development, as well as Java, C or C#
- Well-versed with low latency and high available systems
- Knowhow of Equities, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates and Fixed Income is beneficial
- Bachelor\\\'s or master\\\'s degree in computer science
- Language skills: English ? fluent in written and spoken, German is an advantage

- Strong analytical abilities combined with a well-structured working approach
