Key responsibilities:
Developing local employer brand identity that showcases CCHBC Switzerland\\\'s unique character, values and culture
Establishing, maintaining, and instilling a consistent corporate branding presence on social media, relevant universities and events
Translating our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to engage existing employees and intrigue potential ones
Engaging employees on how to act as ambassadors through tailor made programs and trainings
Translating the concept of company culture identity into a tangible interventions and events
Designing and managing key employee events (e.g. Christmas, Eastern, Summer, Family day)
Responsible for conducting employee surveys and relevant researches related to organizational culture
Continuously monitoring key performance indicators related to engagement (e.g. exit surveys, grievances, turnover rate etc), and support in making targeted actions for improvement
Promoting growth behaviours through setting up proper recognition platforms and topics for internal communication events

Mid-career with proven track of records (progressing in career, tangible legacy)
Experience in employer branding or marketing as an advantage
Social media experience as an advantage
Sensitive to organizational culture topics, able to clearly communicate vision and to translate it into operational plans
German and English fluent level, French as an advantage
