- Orientation des clients
- Saisies, scannage, pr\\xc3\\xa9paration des dossiers
- Pr\\xc3\\xa9paration des salles pour les diff\\xc3\\xa9rents cours
- Rappels des clients par t\\xc3\\xa9l\\xc3\\xa9phone
- Divers travaux administratifs
- CFC de commerce ou titre jug\\xc3\\xa9 \\xc3\\xa9quivalent
- Maitrise parfaite du Suisse allemand et du fran\\xc3\\xa7ais, l\\\'Italien est un plus
- Personne orient\\xc3\\xa9e client\\xc3\\xa8le, empathique, bienveillante
- Personne autonome et souriante et fid\\xc3\\xa8le
