\\n Strong project management is a key element of Customer success at 3-GIS/SSP Innovations. Our project managers are given the autonomy, authority and responsibility of owning and driving project execution and value creation for our Customers.

The Project Manager is a member of our International Services Delivery team and works closely with Customers and internal teams to deploy 3-GIS software solutions. This role plans and drives project implementation; identifies and manages project scope, goals and deliverables; defines tasks and required resources; and disentangles escalations to ensure achievement of project timelines and positive Customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project / Program Management experience including skills in software implementation for SaaS and On-Premise solutions, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• GIS and Telecom industry knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to utilize Office 365 and project management tools to coordinate and manage complex projects is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Ability to forecast project performance and plan accordingly with resources as required.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with SalesForce is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, autonomous self-starter with excellent follow-through, and takes ownership.
• Strong technology acumen and a love of researching new solutions to enhance the Customer experience and improve operations.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or client-facing role.
• Prior experience with international projects and Customers is a big plus.
• Ability to establish strong working relationships across IT, business lines and external stakeholders.
• Group facilitation skills, negotiation and ability to influence and drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and a leader in the change process.
• Ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels within a business area.
• Provides expertise, consulting and coaching for lower level technical resources in the process of project management and to hone softer skills of team dynamics, team building and group motivation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technology (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and experience with ESRI, IQGeo, ERP, PMP or Prince2 Certification is a plus.

This position will be located in the UK or Bern, Switzerland.
