Your responsibilities

Within big omnichannel projects of global enterprises, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll play a pivotal role by establishing a strong rapport with the clients, third party technology providers and internal stakeholders in order to generate business value throughout the development lifecycle of top-notch customized e-commerce solutions.

More specifically, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll define, document and report detailed business requirements to our clients and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll facilitate client workshops in order to better capture all functional and non-functional requirements, and ensure that everybody involved knows about and adheres to the e-commerce best practices.

In the solution design phases, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll team up with UX, digital marketing, analytics and creative specialists and work with the solution owner on defining the client product roadmap. Furthermore, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll assist in defining the business value of incremental improvements, prioritizing and scoping project requirements, as well as in the Jira management of user stories, epics and bugs.

Last but not least, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll present and demonstrate the finished solutions to the clients. Along the way, you\\xe2\\x80\\x99ll carefully document everything (both written and in other forms, such as videos etc.). This documentation will then be used for the creation of \\xe2\\x80\\x98how-to\\xe2\\x80\\x99 guides and other training material.

What we\\xe2\\x80\\x99re looking forward to

Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in business administration, management, (software) engineering, economics, business informatics, or similar field

experience in a retail environment, management consultancy and/or as systems integrator, working with eCommerce platforms and CMS, Jira or similar software for requirements documentation & development tracking; first-hand know-how in developing test plans on the system, unit, integration and interface level

fluency in English, ideally also in Italian

hands-on mentality; good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
