MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Serve as the ambassador for Group Digital Transformation and Innovation within the Division and assist with the prioritising, planning and coordinating of Group Digital Transformation and Innovation strategy, as well as initiatives/projects at Divisional level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Serve as the ambassador for Digital Transformation and Innovation within the Division and establish a culture of innovation aligned with the Group Digital Transformation and Innovation strategy.
Identify and filter ideas for disruptive growth and innovation by exploring new insights and opportunities beyond the boundaries of core businesses.
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and provide support and guidance to cross functional teams.
Actively manage and maintain the innovation management software system for the Division.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Masters degree Health Science, Commerce, Business, Law or an equivalent advanced degree
Any business-related degree or Information Technology qualification
DESIRED EDUCATION:
Any Masters degree in Innovation, Design Thinking and/or Strategy
Relevant post-graduate qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
5 years\\\' experience in a healthcare environment, understanding the systems and their interrelatedness.
Experienced in strategy realisation, solution design, product development and/or business growth through innovation.
Experience in leading highly complex initiatives.
1 - 2 years experience working in an innovation/digital transformation/business transformation space.
5 - 7 years\\\' experience in implementing digital architecture including at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
Fluent mother-tongue level English
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 years\\\' experience in a healthcare environment, understanding the systems and their interrelatedness.

Experience in leading highly complex initiatives.

Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery
Systems thinking with understanding of the interactions and interdependencies of business information and events on the operational level
