As the DEI Partner North America , you will represent the highly dynamic and exciting local and regional Learning & development team and work closely with the Global learning team to roll out strategic and operational diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives that are tailored to local requirements and needs. You will partner with regional or local business, function and HR leaders in order to ensure best in class DEI solutions to develop and deploy the new culture.

Your key responsibilities
Develop, the program delivery and strategies that progress DE&I goals, in partnership with North America Leadership teams, North Amrica Head of HR, and the Global Head of I&D.
This role will report to head of Leadership and Learning in NAM.
Coach leaders in shaping their roles as champions and advocates for inclusion and diversity.
Provide strategic input and guidance to leaders and HR partners on embedding DE&I related best practices into teams and operations
Partner with Talent & Leadership Development to integrate I&D content, serve as a thought partner, and support the facilitation of related learning initiatives.
Partner with Talent Attraction to enable and equip recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers with the tools, training, and resources to attract diverse talent and set them up for success in the hiring process.
Partner with the HR Analytics to develop, maintain, and monitor metrics on an I&D related dashboard, using research and data-driven insights to diagnose and assess the impact of programs and initiatives
Serve as the local Company representative in the global I&D community, and act as the local point person for any global I&D initiatives

You bring
Bachelor\\\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\\\'s degree preferred).
Prior DE&I Experience, preferably in a multinational organization
At least 8+ years, Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
A natural change agent with Change Management experience
Experience driving initiatives and programs with sound Project Management experience
Nurturing Talent programs and Talent Acquisition initiatives including career fairs, events, and conferences
Important notes This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group will be adopted (covering among others: grades\\\' design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles\\\' nomenclature). Until these adjustments are finalized, current compensation packages will be grandfathered for those whose new position turns out to be graded lower than their current position. This temporary period will last not more than 24 months for the legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and not more than 12-18 months for all other employees from the moment the candidate moves into their new position.
