\\n\\n District Sales Manager Opportunity\\n
\\n\\n\\n Key accountabilities include:\\n
\\n- \\n
- Driving same stores sales\\n
- Consistently driving high levels of operational excellence across the district\\n
- Encouraging store teams to exceed customer service standards\\n
- Coaching and developing store management to optimize performance across the district and provide succession for the business\\n
- Actively looking for ways to reduce costs for the business to maximize on profit\\n
- Working collaboratively with Regional Managers, District Managers and key partners across the business to ensure result areas are aligned with Claire\\xe2\\x80\\x99s business strategy, mission and values\\n

\\n ABOUT YOU\\n
\\n- \\n
- Valid driver\\xe2\\x80\\x99s license\\n
- Basic computer skills / Familiar with using a laptop\\n
- Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree or equivalent experience required\\n
- 1-2 years multi-store management or 5 years store management experience required\\n
- Understands the importance of Customer service\\n
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills\\n
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve\\n
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts\\\\Ability to manoeuvre up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally\\n
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers\\n
- Ability to operate POS system\\n
- Extensive travel required\\n
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed
