This critical role will be at the forefront, steering the new procurement function, infusing modern approaches, and establishing Sonova as a market leader.

This position is ideally located at our headquarters in St\\xc3\\xa4fa, Switzerland, but we\\\'re open to discussing other potential locations based on the right candidate.

Your tasks

• Strategic Sourcing: Champion the strategic sourcing initiatives for marketing materials and services.
• Supplier Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the marketing procurement space.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations are compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead improvements within the procurement function.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain an open dialogue with internal marketing teams to understand and cater to their needs.

Your profile

• University degree in Business or Finance and ideally further education such as MCIPS / MSc / MBA
• Minimum of 7-10 work years\\\' work experience in procurement with a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and as well leadership experience
• Excellent command over English - proficiency in any other language is a plus
• Service-oriented, resilient to change, results-driven, analytical, and more as mentioned in the description
• Strong communication skills, vendor management capabilities, and cross-functional relationship management
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
