Requirements
As a Managing Partner, you are passionate about leading multiple teams of talented UX Researchers, UX Designers, and Visual / Motion Specialists. In this role, you are a member of the management team, contributing to strategic decisions. You feel comfortable representing your team and your team\\xe2\\x80\\x99s work. Consulting clients together with our project and sales teams is your passion.
You encourage a high-performance mindset while advancing people\\\'s careers. You are responsible for setting a high bar in terms of product quality and supporting the teams to deliver it.
You have a background in human-computer interaction design or equivalent, with over 8 years of experience in UX, combined with more than 3 years of leadership experience.
