Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for clinical trial operations that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials.
- Manage relationships with clinical research organisations, investigators, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks to clinical trial delivery, while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and data quality.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the clinical operations team.
- Advanced degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical trial operations in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial design and execution, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
