\\n\\n Position Overview\\n
\\n\\n As the Director of Application Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of our Application SDK development. You\\\'ll lead a talented team in architecting, developing, and deploying robust solutions that leverage Computer Vision and Machine Learning technologies. Your responsibilities will involve aligning software projects with business objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions into our clients\\\' ecosystems.\\n

\\n\\n Responsibilities:\\n
\\n- \\n
- Lead and mentor the Application Engineering team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.\\n
- Define and execute strategies for the development and enhancement of Application SDKs, aligning with business goals and market demands.\\n
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.\\n
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales/GTM teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise for successful solution implementation.\\n
- Prioritize and manage software projects, making critical decisions to meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.\\n
\\n
\\n\\n Qualifications:\\n
\\n- \\n
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with 8-10 years of industry experience.\\n
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience, preferably with a distributed/remote team structure.\\n
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects, adept at prioritization and agile problem-solving.\\n
- Expertise in Computer Vision applications and Machine Learning solutions, encompassing Classification, Object Detection, Tracking, and Segmentation.\\n
- Proficiency in media streaming frameworks like Gstreamer, OpenCV, and pre/post-processing operations for Convolutional Neural Networks.\\n
- Hands-on experience collaborating directly with customers on Computer Vision applications and Solutions engineering.\\n
- Strong understanding of Convolutional Neural Networks and Transformers.\\n
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical material, both written and verbal, in English.\\n
