Procure to Pay Head Americas, your future position?

Reporting to the Delivery Center Head, you will lead the regional delivery center\\\'s Procure to Pay function follow-ing Givaudan Business Solution strategy and behaviors, developing organization, improvements and maintain efficiency and engagement to achieve the objectives in close connection with business stakeholders and the leadership team.
Accounts Payable and Indirect Materials and Services are the key areas of this function. With a regional scope that covers all our Givaudan sites in Americas.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Solution performance and improvement management

• Monitor Procure to Pay delivery performance against operational targets and take action to resolve gaps
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in collaboration with Delivery Center Heads and other key stakeholders, and act as a Continuous Ambassador to embed the Continuous Improve-ment mindset in the Delivery Center (to support value case realisation)
• Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions
• Monitor compliance of service delivery with process documentation
• Preparation on Cascading and Implementation of Roadmaps

People management

• Lead the Procure to Pay delivery teams in the centre (From Request to Invoice payment)
• Perform goal setting and performance review for Procure to Pay team managers
• Plan and support hiring and replacement decisions and retention measures
• Plan and coordinate people development activities and set training plans
• Drive Delivery Center initiatives and engagement with Local Leadership Team
• Review the optimum operational structure of the team to meet organizational needs

Governance, stakeholder and controls

• Act as an escalation point in case of process/system issues & questions
• Support in preparing and executing tactical governance alignment with functions/divisions
• Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties and Internal Guidelines

Budget management

• Propose, monitor and control operational Procure to Pay budget within the scope and take required actions

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor\\\'s degree preferrable in Business Administration or similar
• Proficient in English. Portuguese Desired.
• 10+ years of experience in finance and procurement roles.
• 7+ years of experience leading a team.
• Experience working in a shared services environment (running and building).
• Experience managing performance against service level agreements
• Experience with large ERP system(s), preferably SAP
• Continuous Improvement training preferred
• Good understanding of finance and accounting
• Willingness to travel occasionally (~ 20%)
