Job Description
Responsible for the product vision, strategy and roadmap of one of our digital solutions
Lead interdisciplinary product team consisting of developers, UX/UI designers, data scientist, user researcher, clinical experts. Be the interface between all team members
Formulate user needs, user stories and tasks and manage the communication within the product team
Together with UX, conduct user and customer research to understand user behavior and identify pain paints and potential solutions, test your hypothesis with users
Define, prioritize and mange the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
Build business case for your product and Identify and define suitable business model
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Work closely with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Drive the expansion of our product portfolio together with other product managers
Qualifications
University degree in business studies, medicine, engineering, physics or a related subject
Min. 5 years experience in digital product management, SaaS product management, or go-to-market experience in healthcare, pharma or medical devices
Proven experience in working in cross-functional teams and across different organizations
Understanding of UX design principles, customer-centric design processes such as story mapping, and working in design teams
Experience in agile methods like Scrum & Kanban
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform product decisions
Proven track record of delivering successful products
Passion for creating products that make a difference in people\\\'s lives
Independent and pro-active way of working, empathic, curious, team player
Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus, but not required)
