Your role:
The Digital Health organization at Merck develops and launches solutions used as a companion to pharmaceutical treatments to improve the patient experience, enhance therapeutic outcomes and deliver value for our business. As a Core Team Leader for digital health solutions, you will define, develop, and deliver market-leading digital health solutions:
You will lead project(s) and deliver digital health solution(s) end-to-end from early ideas to launch, to ensure Digital Health successes and deliver the right products on time, on budget and with the right quality. This includes project initiation, planning and project execution with internal and external partners until launch.
You will lead and coordinate the project Core Team, including members representing all functions (Business and Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Operations, \\xe2\\x80\\xa6) in charge of the solution development and delivery
You will manage key Digital Health stakeholders on the projects, including direct interaction with senior management within Digital Health and with other key governance bodies to obtain resources on the projects and approval at each key project stages.
You will conduct these activities involving international external partners, which will require multi-stakeholders coordination activities. You will lead the selection of the external partners, in line with procurement policies and the Digital Health strategy. You will lead the supplier management activities during project execution.
As a member of the Digital Health team, you will help develop our digital health team to the highest degree of expertise, engagement, customer focus and achievement.
Who you are:
You have a University Degree in Engineering in a relevant field
You have 5 to 10 years of experience as project manager / team leader in the healthcare world, ideally on digital health solutions developed by pharmaceutical companies. Prior experience in a regulated environment (e.g. on Software-as-a-Medical Device) would be an asset.
You have proven experience working with external partners for large projects
You know how to communicate effectively with senior management in a matrix organization
