\\n Your role is instrumental in maintaining the operational excellence of our IT application while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a vital member of our agile DevOps Team, you\\\'ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple European locations.

• Deployment: Independently deploy software changes into the Production environment using established deployment technologies.
• Incident Management: Take ownership and collaborate closely with the OPS team to analyze incoming incidents. Conduct incident triage root cause analysis and collaborate with Dev Engineers to implement solutions.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Maintain and enhance the existing monitoring, alerting and logging systems to proactively identify and address issues, reducing incoming incidents.
• IT Infrastructure: Ensure the seamless operation of the underlying infrastructure in collaboration with the IT infrastructure and network team.
