Client:
Leading and long-established private bank with a very strong presence in Switzerland as well as globally
Position:
As Senior DevOps Platform Engineer, you are responsible for the architecture, development and operative maintenance of the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
Also, you work on strategic projects and provide support for incident management and changes.
Your responsibilities
- Operate the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environments including surrounding systems
- Design and implement enhancements related to the existing environments
- Engineer solutions oriented to operational improvements and project requirements
- Perform system engineering activities together with the team
- Provide second level support as part of the existing support organization and responsibilities
- Member of the on-call organization
Profile:
- University degree in IT or business informatics
- 3 years of practical experience in automation (Ansible, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform)
- Good knowledge and experience of Kubernetes clusters based on Red Hat OpenShift (SDN, Service Mesh, Security, etc.)
- Good Linux knowledge (preferably RHEL/CentOS) including scripting
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
