\\nYour teamTechnology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group\\\'s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.We are looking for an experienced, passionate and team-oriented Derivative & Forex Products Specialist to join our Transactions Services Department. As a Derivative & Forex Products Specialist, you will be responsible for all trade processing across derivatives and forex products to ensure correct accounting at various booking centres in Switzerland, Europe, Asia and North America. The ability to promote continuous process improvement and provide quality customer service will be key to success in this position.Your role
  • Processing, monitoring, confirming and settling derivative and forex transactions to a high standard of quality.
  • Checking and acting on the status of trades in several order books and of various reporting statements. Ensuring that all inquiries are escalated and resolved properly and in a timely manner.
  • Understanding complex process chains front to back.
  • Driving continuous improvement efforts while reducing risk across the entire trade process. Analysing and improving existing processes to achieve productivity gains, using lean and Agile ways of working.
  • Showing commitment to understanding operation process workflows, as well as collaborating with other teams within the Tech&Ops Division to determine priorities and details of the requirements for future improvements.
  • Deepening your operational knowledge of industry practices and standards for derivatives and/or forex trading.
Your profile
  • At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience in an operational environment working with derivatives and/or forex.
  • Solid understanding of global operational processes and settlement monitoring for derivatives and/or forex.
  • Fluent in both French and English with strong communication skills.
  • Skilled user of Avaloq, AMH, CLS , DTCC, MarkitWire or other matching/clearing platforms is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to perform duties accurately.
  • Willingness to follow policy and procedures.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
