Responsibilities:
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Process and analyze clients\\xe2\\x80\\x99 security offenses independently.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Participate in service management meetings to understand client needs and improve security.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Control and process monthly reports to optimize sensor systems and improve alert quality.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Assist with customer onboarding and occasionally handle deployments.

Requirements:
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Completed studies in the field of computer science (FH/University) or completed computer science training EFZ with at least 2 years of relevant practical experience.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Solid knowledge of Windows, Unix, firewall, and log analysis.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Knowledge of security incident management is an advantage.
\\xe2\\x80\\x93 Experience with one or more of the following technologies: QRadar, Tanium, Cortex XDR, Splunk, MS ATP is an advantage.
