Order management
Order entry at any level (seasonal, at once, stock and sample orders)
Daily orders follow up with particular stress on suspended customers, pre-payments, missing quantities and delays.
Prompt communications to customers about delays and cancellations.
Daily check in the customer sites
Preparation of master data sheets when required
Cooperation with logistics to maximize shipments and deliveries
Check of the financial situation (credit lines) and of the payment/delivery terms before any shipment release
Support to Country Managers, agents and Financial Manager
Returns & Claims
Prompt claims resolution
Good returns management to maximize sales opportunity
Respect of LFA claims and return policy
Skills
English language spoken and written
A second language is a plus
High motivated person, with excellent communication skills and a great sense of commerciality
Organized and methodical person, with strong ability to maintain and develop client relationships
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
Ability to work under pressure
