Job Purpose:

The Customer marketing, Commercial Excellence and Marketing department assistant role is to provide administrative support to teams in executing customer marketing, marketing and commercial activities , including budget control, data analysis and ensuring effective communication between teams and other departments and external third parties. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job time split: Customer Marketing 40%, Marketing 30%, Commercial Excellence 30%

\\n

Key Responsibilities:

\\n

\\n

Administrative support:

\\n
  • \\n
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Marketing Manager, Commercial Excellence Manager and Marketing Manager and assist in managing their teams\\n
  • Planning, organization and coordination of local conferences, meetings and events \\n
  • Assisting with project management, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.\\n
\\n

\\n


Budget management and procurement:

\\n
  • \\n
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking departmental budgets. Maintain accurate records of the costs\\n
  • Managing procurement e2e process: Contract management, opening and managing POs and processing invoices\\n
  • Assist in managing contracts\\n
\\n

\\n


Data and analytics:

\\n
  • \\n
  • Record keeping and documentation: Maintain and update various records and databases. Organize and file documents and reports. Ensure that information is easily accessible and properly stored.\\n
  • Supporting department with required data, analytics and power point presentations\\n
\\n

\\n


Project Management:

\\n
  • \\n
  • Supporting the teams by assisting in project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks. Update project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders\\n
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes and procedures.\\n
\\n

\\n


Development and production:

\\n
  • \\n
  • Work with relevant internal departments to prepare expert and detailing materials and materials for our sales force such as product catalogues, samples for sales meetings etc.\\n
  • Support communications related to customer marketing department.\\n
