Since 1976, Decathlon has been fulfilling its mission: \"Moving People through the Wonders of Sport.\" Decathlon is a company with nearly 105,000 team members worldwide, 2,000 stores in 70 countries, 85 product brands, and 40 industrial processes.
At Decathlon, happy teammates lead to happy customers - that\\\'s been our winning formula for over 45 years. This philosophy has also been the foundation of our Swiss project since 2017, enabling us to confidently approach our future challenges by fostering trust, responsibility, and the entrepreneurial spirit within each of our team members.
Join the Swiss Project! Our Swiss project was launched in 2016 with the introduction of our website, and gained momentum with the opening of our first store in Neuch\\xc3\\xa2tel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown significantly, and we now have nearly 1000 employees working across our 5 sectors (Logistics & Supply, E-Commerce, Finance, HR, Communication, and Retail), serving 30 stores (with 3 openings in the last 6 months). We are in a dynamic phase of growth and are pursuing an ambitious project that will lead us to establish new stores over the next 4 years. As a result, we need to enhance and expand our teams with individuals who are customer-focused, responsible, positive, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
The Swiss job market is highly competitive, with historically low unemployment rates (less than 2% today). We are among the few companies in Switzerland that continue to experience significant growth in physical retail, which is a testament to the vitality of our project. Despite this, we are sometimes less recognized in the Swiss market, and we need to stand out from other brands to attract and retain talent. Our distinctive roles and enriching career paths are instrumental in achieving this. Furthermore, our entrepreneurial spirit has already earned us recognition as \"best employers Switzerland\" and \"great place to work\" in 2022. This is evidence of the workplace well-being acknowledged and expressed by our team members themselves (92% pleasure at work based on an internal survey).
Join us and be part of our exciting journey in shaping the future of retail in Switzerland!
